What is the availability of the platform and services?
Is information stored permanently on bizhub Evolution? If so, for how long?
In principle, bizhub Evolution is a platform that processes information about the connected services and makes the results available to the user in various forms. Orders and their results are stored for zero to six days, depending on the setting in the administration menu. If you want to store information permanently, Konica Minolta offers a completely integrated possibility in bizhub Evolution with "dokoni SYNC & SHARE".
What is the difference between bizhub Evolution and Konica Minolta MarketPlace?
Both systems, bizhub Evolution and Konica Minolta MarketPlace, are platform technologies from Konica Minolta. While in Konica Minolta MarketPlace, the functions are largely limited to the MFP. bizhub Evolution offers the customer a wide range of cloud services. The services can be used both on the MFP and on browser-enabled devices such as laptops, desktop computers and mobile devices (e.g. tablets or smartphones).
