Fax

Description

Send and receive faxes via Konica Minolta multifunction systems (MFPs) in your bizhub Evolution environment, via your web browser or mobile devices. To do so, you will need neither a fax option nor a telephone connection on the MFP.

The Fax-over-IP Service (FoIP) allows mobile, location-independent use via the web frontend. Simply create a fax from several PDF files, and check it before sending it via the convenient page preview. Here, it is possible to specify several recipient numbers. The transmission protocols are sent via e-mail, as a direct entry in a connected cloud memory (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) or, optionally, as a printout.

Incoming faxes can be sent by e-mail, directly archived and optionally printed out (directly or upon request).

Note: For the initial setup of the fax service, a brief record of your individual requirements is necessary. Please get in touch with your Konica Minolta contact person or subscribe to the service in the administrator area.
